According to the female poster, when she was on the airport limousine bus, a group of Japanese women (believed to be 3 people) saw her suitcase moving and held it down for her until she got off. Furthermore, they also kindly helped her purchase a train ticket to head into the city afterward.

Later, she took the subway but accidentally got off at the wrong station. There, she met four high school girls, and when they realized their destinations were in the same direction, they guided her, saying, "Follow us." They also helped carry her suitcases up the stairs.

While together, they chatted about their ages and whether it was her first trip to Japan, among other things. The high school girls complimented her nails, saying they were "cute."
